How do you get through a relapse?

I’m barely sleeping and since arrival, I’ve lost quite a bit of weight. The intense fear of eating too much, coupled with a ton of other anxieties, has reinforced major restriction.. and to be honest, barely eating.

It doesn’t help that I feel increasingly unsafe where I am too. Majorly.

I think my CPN was right about some stuff. Maybe I should phone her.
